IDENTITY IN THE FATHER'S LOVE

KNOWING OUR IDENTITY IN THE FATHER'S LOVE IS A KEY FOUNDATION TO PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH.

It starts as truths that we learn, know, memorize, and declare, but progresses into a deep seated understanding that affects everything we do and the way we walk through life.  We are transformed in our mindset of how we see ourselves and our gifts, our world around us and our good Father in heaven.

Very quickly we cease to be concerned about the gifts we don’t have in abundance…jealousy goes to the wayside, discontentment and lies (about who we are and how we have to perform to be loved) have no place in our life, and joy abounds with this new freedom!  There is so much more room for compassion and service to others.

Then missionary discipleship through God’s love takes on a reality because we respond like the woman at the well, encountering true love in the person of Jesus Christ, bursting out with joy to tell others what Jesus has done for us! Our testimony becomes a ripple that goes out and we are part of Christianizing the culture around us.  This testimony literally means: What Jesus has done, He will do again!

IDENTITY TESTIMONIES

I now believe I am a “Child of God”!!!, Aberdeen, SD 2022

“It’s difficult to put into words the blessings I received and the positive affirmations that I was blessed with…My desire was to have a closer relationship with Jesus, and that goal was exceeded beyond my expectations! The speakers were excellent…I now believe I am a “Child of God”!!!”

God wants us to know who we are in His eyes, Aberdeen, SD 2022

“I was reassured by God that He would never leave me—that was an affirmation I needed to hear…The testimonials and personal stories helped me to understand the different sessions and gifts of the Spirit more clearly. A truth that was revealed to me that seems so simple, but was so profound had to do with identity—that God wants us to know who we are in His eyes. That statement, that truth, has given me such validation that I can just be me, the way I am, and that is perfect in the eyes
of God.”
